🚀 What will your assignments be?

As a DACH Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director and your role will be to develop our application and products in the healthcare market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH area).


Your detailed missions are the following:


  • To position itself as a B2B sales contact throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Canvassing health establishments (phoning, appointments, trade fairs)
  • Organise and lead presentations and presentations
  • Drafting responses to calls for tenders and application files
  • Synthesise and share with the rest of the team the specificities of the market
  • Contribute to the roadmap of our products by enriching it with feedback from the "field

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Training Business engineer, sales engineer
  • Taste for entrepreneurship, risk-taking, boldness
  • Tenacious, with a taste for sales and a thirst for results
  • Knowledge of the health sector and its organizations will be a plus

  • Positioning as a B2B-Vertriebspartner in the whole of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Die Akquise bei Gesundheitseinrichtungen durchführen (Phoning, Termine, Messen).
  • Präsentationen und Verteidigungen organisieren und moderieren.
  • Antworten auf Ausschreibungen und Bewerbungen verfassen.
  • Marktspezifika zusammenfassen und mit dem Rest des Teams teilen.
  • Beitrag zur Roadmap unserer Produkte, indem sie diese mit Rückmeldungen aus der "Praxis" bereichert
